Heading our outstanding team of seasoned professionals in their respective areas of expertise are two key management members. Together, they assembled the BlueHive team who developed the innovative cloud ERP solution and resource planning software for use across industries.

USAF veteran Brian Cook founded BlueHive in 2008 as an aviation-focused technical services company for commercial and government customers. Since then, Brian has piloted BlueHive’s evolution into an Enterprise Resource Planning (also known as ERP solutions), Operations Management, and Resource Planning software, technical services and consulting company with specialization in workflow technology, technical operations, fleet management, program management and enterprise software solutions.


Prior to starting BlueHive, Brian held senior management or executive roles with large companies such as BF Goodrich Aerospace (now United Technologies) and Northrup Grumman, as well as small start-up companies like National Airlines and Eclipse Aviation (now One Aviation). His rare blend of business development, technical operations and technology experience benefits the management of successful projects which often involve integrating sales, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, finance, IT and human resources.

Brian is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ (B.S., AMM) and holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate.

George Sowards is BlueHive's CTO and co-founder.

George founded RedPoint Solutions in 1999 and focused exclusively on Cloud Solutions Architecting and Salesforce Development. Prior to entering the CRM world, George worked as a business development manager for a top computer hardware and software reseller where he managed large national accounts and was consistently a top producer. His rare blend of sales and IT experience benefits the management of successful CRM projects which often involve integrating sales, accounting and legacy database systems.


George is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and service impediments, working with companies to define their needs, understand workflow, refine their business and sales processes, and develop a phased approach to implementing new CRM systems from EPS solutions, resource planning software, workflow technology, and more - all with the keen understanding of the overlap between many of these implementations. George holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently is a Certified Advanced Salesforce Developer and holds other certifications with Sage SalesLogix CRM and Cisco Systems.
